My Story
About Me
I'm Dauletuly Aidyn — an AI Agent Engineer, ML Researcher, and Lecturer with 17+ years of experience building intelligent systems. I design LLM-powered agents, MCP-based tool workflows, and RAG pipelines for production environments. Currently a PhD candidate at Satbayev University (KazNITU), combining machine learning with genetic analysis for personalized cardiovascular therapy.
I build end-to-end AI agent systems and ML products: from LLM orchestration and prompt engineering to data extraction pipelines and production APIs. Recent work includes an LLM-agent-driven Islamic finance screening platform (SEC filings + LSEG/Refinitiv data) and ML analysis of genomic and single-cell data for biomarker discovery in cardiovascular disease.

ML for Medical Research

Ailat AI Screening
Led a year-long automation project for Islamic financial screening: SEC/EDGAR extraction, report optimization for LLMs, prompt design, JSON structuring of company revenues/activities, and integration with LSEG (Refinitiv) data. Delivered an API with admin panel and user profiles for real-time access.
