End User License Agreement

License Grant

JustAidyn grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install or access eligible applications and games during the applicable subscription or access period.

You receive a license to use the software. You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, assets, or paid content.

Applications and Games

Individual app subscriptions apply only to the named application. The all-games subscription applies only to eligible games listed as included at the time of access.

Updates may add, change, or remove features. We may stop supporting old versions where needed for security, compatibility, or platform changes.

Subscriptions and Access

Access to paid applications or games requires an active subscription or a valid purchase. Your license is valid only while your subscription is active or for the duration of the purchased access period.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining days after cancellation.

If a free trial is included, it transitions to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Termination and Account Deletion

Your license to use the application terminates when your subscription ends, when you delete your account, or when JustAidyn terminates access for a material breach of this EULA.

If you delete your account while a subscription is active:

• The subscription is cancelled automatically. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is provided for the remaining paid period.
• Your right to use the licensed application ends when the billing period expires.

If you create a new account after deleting your previous one, it is treated as a new account. Prior subscriptions, purchase history, and entitlements are not reinstated. You must subscribe again to regain access.

Upon termination for any reason, you must stop using the application. Provisions of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination, including restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limitations, remain in force.

Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, renting, or sharing of paid access.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing technical protections except where mandatory law allows it.
• No copying, extracting, or redistributing game assets, app assets, or paid content.
• No use of the software to violate law, infringe rights, or attack systems.
