Subscription Types

Auto-Renewal and Billing

If a plan is shown as recurring, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The checkout must disclose the subscription type, quantity, price, billing period, renewal behavior, and cancellation method before payment.

For Kazakhstan visitors, subscription prices are shown in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). For other regions, the site may show a USD equivalent calculated from the KZT price at 470 KZT = 1 USD for display convenience.

VAT/NDS is charged separately at 16% where applicable and shown before payment. Digital subscriptions are delivered online and do not have separate shipping or delivery costs.

The only supported online payment method is Halyk Bank Epay acquiring. Payment cards and wallet methods are available only where supported by Halyk Epay and the acquiring agreement.

Payment must be made only for the selected subscription type and quantity shown at checkout. If a payment status, amount, product, or quantity does not match the checkout selection, access may be refused, delayed, corrected, or reviewed before activation.

If a free trial is included, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid subscription according to the checkout terms.

If a price changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective change may require acceptance of the new price or terms.

Subscription Quantity and Active Sessions

JustAidyn offers fixed subscription types and fixed purchase quantities as shown at checkout. The selected quantity controls the permitted access level for that subscription and cannot be changed except through an available upgrade, renewal, or new checkout flow.

For applications, games, or other products that require live session checks, the purchased subscription quantity controls how many active sessions may use the product at the same time. For example, quantity 1 allows one active device or session at a time; quantity 3 allows up to three simultaneous active sessions.

When the active-session limit is reached, additional sessions may be blocked until another active session expires, signs out, or stops sending heartbeat checks.

A duplicate subscription for the same product and account may be blocked while an active subscription remains in effect, unless the checkout explicitly offers an additional quantity or upgrade.

Cancellation Effects

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not refund the current paid period. Access continues until the paid period expires unless your account is terminated for misuse.

After a payment or first paid subscription charge is completed, the current paid period is non-refundable, even if you do not use the program, content, application, game, or other paid resource, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

During a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. After payment, cancellation annuls only future renewals and does not annul the current paid digital service period.

Account Deletion and Active Subscriptions

If you delete your JustAidyn account while you have an active paid subscription, the following applies:

• Subscription cancellation: Your subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
• No refund: Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid period or the remaining days of the current billing period. The no-refund policy described in the Cancellation section applies.
• Confirmation required: Before your account is deleted, you will be shown a clear warning that your subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. You must confirm before deletion proceeds.
• Re-registration: If you create a new account with the same Google account after deletion, any previously cancelled subscription is not reinstated. You must subscribe again to regain access to paid features.
• Data removal: Your profile data, sessions, and subscription linkage are removed from our systems on deletion. Halyk Bank Epay and related payment systems retain their own billing records in accordance with their privacy rules and applicable law.

If you wish to stop charges without losing your account, cancel your subscription from the app page instead of deleting your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges while keeping your account active.
